Semi synthetic emulsified cutting fluid
LY-Y306
LY-Y306 is a semi synthetic emulsified cutting fluid, designed with high-quality composite additives and a breakthrough unique formula. The product has good lubrication, cooling, cleaning, and rust prevention performance, and does not corrode or oxidize various metal products; It does not contain substances harmful to human health and the environment such as nitrite, sulfur, and lead, and has high biodegradability. It is suitable for various cutting and grinding processes of non-ferrous metals such as steel, aluminum, and their alloys.
Product features:
1. Original liquid appearance: yellow transparent or semi transparent oily liquid
pH value: 7.5. -8.5 (5% dilution)
2. Safe, non-toxic, odorless, non irritating to the skin, and easy to use.
Excellent extreme pressure lubrication, cooling, cleaning, and rust prevention performance, with a wide range of applications.
3. Improve processing efficiency, reduce power consumption, extend tool life, and improve surface smoothness of machine parts.
4. Good foam resistance, long usage cycle, and low usage cost.

Preparation method:
Dilute the product with clean tap water to the appropriate concentration, stir evenly, and then use it.
Method of using (replacing) a new liquid:
Before using a new liquid, the old liquid, metal shavings, and oil sludge should be removed, and the storage tank and pipeline cutting area should be cleaned in a circular manner. Then, a 0.5-1% metal cleaning agent aqueous solution should be used to clean and discharge the solution. The working solution mixed with this product should be evenly circulated before use.
Supplement new solution:
The working solution needs to be replenished on time, keeping the pH value within the specified range. When adding water, a corresponding amount of LY-Y306 original solution should be added proportionally to maintain sufficient concentration and pH value of the working solution.
Precautions:
The working fluid should be kept clean and ventilated, and the machine tool should have a complete filtration and slag removal system to timely remove impurities such as iron filings and floating oil. If the machine tool does not start for many days, a small amount of original liquid should be added for circulation for 1-5 minutes before starting. The tank liquid should be regularly circulated and oxygenated, and the concentration and pH value of the tank liquid should be measured regularly. The tank liquid should be replenished or updated in a timely manner.
Storage:
This product should be stored in a dry, cool, and ventilated warehouse. During storage and transportation, it should be avoided from sunlight and rain. It is recommended that the storage temperature should not exceed 45 ℃.
