The full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig ZDY3200S for coal mine is mainly used for drilling holes of large diameter gas (row), grouting and fire prevention holes, coal seam flooding holes, anti outburst and pressure relief holes, water penetration holes, geological exploration holes and other engineering drilling holes. It is suitable for rock strength coefficient of F below 10 kinds of coal and rock drilling. Appropriate drill bits and drill pipes can be used for coring, soft coal seam drilling and other engineering operations.
2.The main characteristics of ZDY-3200S double pump full hydraulic tunnel

a.The ZDY3200S full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig is a combined structure of all hydraulic power head. It consists of four parts: the hydraulic pump station, the power head, the rack, the operation floor and the column support.
b.The breakage performance is good, the components are light in weight, easy for underground driller to move and shift, and drill field layout is flexible.
c.Unique hydraulic system, double pump. The rotary parameters of drilling rigs and the feeding parameters can be independently regulated, which improves the adaptability of drilling rig to various drilling processes.
d.The power head gyrator adopts the structure of double motor and transmission spindle through hole, and the length of drill pipe is not restricted by the drilling machine, that is to choose the drill pipe with different length according to the construction conditions of the underground drilling field.
e.The hydraulic chuck and the hydraulic gripper are used for unloading the drill pipe, which is simple, labor-saving, efficient and safe.
f.The oil pipe connection is between the operation platform, the pump station and the main engine, so you can operate it intensively and the personnel can operate far away from the wellhead to protect personal safety.
g.Four column support, lifting cylinder adjusting the fuselage (drilling inclination angle), convenient and labor-saving.
h.With variable pump, it can stepless speed regulation and adapt to large working conditions.
