XY-8 hydraulic water well drilling rig
1. Characteristics of XY-8 hydraulic water well drilling rig
· Machine adopts pneumatic shift Fastgear 8JS118 auto transmission and clutch, compact structure, smooth operation, stable performance, good wild card.
· Using auto-control flexible-shaft shift agency, we achieve the long-distance transmission shift. The pneumatic shift is light and agile, and has the advantage of hommization.
· Reasonable speed range and many speed radixes (8 forward speed, 1 reverse speed), with low-speed it has big torque (Max. up to 8000N.m).
· Using concentrated forced lubrication system, as long as the rig runs, the separate lubrication oil pump starts working and sends lubrication oil to each node that requires lubrication. When the oil lubricates drive mechanism, it will also take away the heat inside, (lubrication system with separate condenser), to prevent the components from heat caused by high-speed high-load state.
· The rig adopts vertical shaft instead of the traditional hexagonal vertical shaft, exponentially increasing gyrator transmission efficiency and carrying capacity . And new spindle shaft has big hole diameter (96 mm), with twin cylinder hydraulic feed the trip is much longer (up to 1000mm), especially suitable for large diameter drill pipe wireline coring, help to improve drilling efficiency and reduce the hole accident.
· Light weight and can be disassembled to many parts, net weight 6500Kg.
· The chuck is hydraulic-release normally closed hydraulic chuck, new structure, good compensatory. Carbide inset&welded slip structure, has large clamping force, long life, reliable operation.
· With water brake, in deep hole drilling, its safer and more smooth to put down the drill pipe.
· hydraulic oil is supplied by gear oil pump, less power consumption, and the hydraulic system oil temperature is low and stable work. The system is equipped with a hand pump. When power machine can not work, workers can still use hand pump to lift tools from the bottom of the hole, in order to avoid burying accidents
· Advanced and compact structure, reasonable layout, all components are revealed outside, do not overlap, ease of maintenance, maintenance and repair.
· The rig has a low center of gravity and long backward stroke (up to 530mm). Easy to be fixed on tower base, the rig has good stability in high-speed drilling.
· With shockproof meter, its easy to observe hole situation. Control-handles are in reasonable layout, operation is flexible and reliable.
