1. The brief introduction of ZDY-1200S double pump full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig for coal mines
ZDY1200S full hydraulic tunnel drill is a full hydraulic power head structure with wide speed range, large torque and strong lifting and drawing ability. It is suitable for the construction of advanced detection hole, geological exploration hole, gas drainage hole, water injection hole and other engineering holes in coal mine.
ZDY1200S full hydraulic tunnel drilling machine is composed of three main parts, main engine, pump station and control table. It has good disintegration, convenient relocation and transportation. It can be arranged flexibly according to the situation of the site; it has linkage function and simple and flexible operation; it uses double pump confluence system to drill down fast and work efficiency high; the diameter of the power head through hole is large and the replacement of different diameter of the diameter of the drill can use the drill pipes of different diameter. The length of the drill pipe is not limited by the structure size of the drilling rig itself; it is used to support the oil cylinder to adjust the angle of the fuselage to be convenient and labor-saving. At the same time, the support of the fuselage is safe and reliable. The control handle is concentrated on the control table, and the worker can operate in a long distance, so it’s good flexibility and high safety.
