Used range: Applied to assess performance of all kinds of electrical insulating material’s resistance to electrical track and erosion conditions
Technical parameters:
1. Testing voltage: 0.01~6.00kV/AC, controlled by program, can be for both modes of constant tracking voltage and stepwise tracking voltage
2. Test current : AC0.1 ~ 100mA can be setting continuously, the precision is ±3%
3. Relay of time-lapse: when high voltage side current action, current setting value≥AC60mA,keeping 2S action
4. Electrode material: SUB304 stainless steel
5. Depth gauges: Accuracy ± 0.01 mm, the radius of 0.25 mm hemispherical for probe end
6. Timer of droplet : 0.1~999.9S can be setting continuously;
7. Timer of testing: 0.1~999.9S can be setting continuously;
8. Pollution liquid: Analytical quality of 0.1 ± 0.002% by mass of NH4CL(ammonium chloride), and 0.02 ± 0.002% by mass of isooctylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol (a non-ionic wetting agent) in distilled water or de-ionized water, which resistance is 3.95±0.05Ω·m at 23±1℃(this liquid provided by user self)
