3. Inner diameter of quartz tube: ф34±1mm;
4. According to inner diameter of quartz tube gas flow-meter calculate the setting flux:
ρ=V·πD2/4=20*3.14*342 /4ml/h=302ml/min±10%
5.Accessories: pH meter and conductivity analyzer one for each, 500mL gas washing and absorbing device and connection head
