Standards: According to GB/T19216.11-2003, GB/T19216.21-2003, GB/T19216.23-2003, GB /T19216.25-2003, IEC60331-11:19999, IEC60331-21:1999, IEC60331-23:1999, IEC60331-25:1999, GB/T19666-200 and BS6387
Scope: Applies to check the test integrity of the circuit for wires or cables, use to check the flame retardant properties of insulating refractory characteristics of cable and wires and cables with fireproof layer under overheating, over-current, etc abnormal condition.
Technical parameters:
1. Ribbon burner: 500m for length of nozzle, 15mm for width of nozzle. Number of the hole of 1.32mm diameter is totally 470.
2. Gas flow range: 1-10L/min; glass rotor flow meter indicates the current flow, Using propane gas or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG);
3. Area flow range: 10-100L/min, glass rotor flow meter indicates the current flow
4. Position of burner: Burner center horizontal at 70±10mm under the specimen lowest point, nozzle at 45mm distance from the specimen center vertical.
5. Specimen supported：150mm for inner diameter of metal ring, using 12mm stainless steel materials.NO:5
6. Thermocouple: K type thermocouple with stainless steel sheathed, which diameter is 1.5mm and according to GB/T 16839.1
7. Temperature calibration: 2pcs of thermocouples Type K
8. Test power: Output voltage is AC0~1000V and output current is AC0.01-0.70A, four circuits adjustable independent.
9. Burning time: 0~999.9S/ M/H adjustable;
