Battery Internal Safty Short Circuit Test Machine
Application
This Battery Forced Internal Short Circuit Test Machine is a comprehensive test system that applied for Lithium Battery as well as battery pack & battery cell safety test. This battery tester is designed and manufactured in compliance with GB/IEC/EN/UN38.3/,UL 2054,QC/T 744-2006,QC/T 743-2006 standard. According to the standard requirements, the short circuit device must conforms to the internal resistance range far less than 5mΩ so as to achieve the maximum short circuit current required by the test.
Design description

2. It is also need afford the impact of large current, so on the circuit design of the short circuit device we choose industrial DC electromagnetic contactor and all copper terminal and internal copper plate to guide the flow, and wide copper plate improve the heat dissipation effect effectively, make the large current short circuit device more safer, and effectively reduce the loss of the test equipment, and ensure the accuracy of the test data.
Features(Battery Forced Internal Safty Performance Short Circuit Test Instrument)
1. large/High current DC contactor. 1) Long distance connecting and disconnecting DC working voltage to 660V.
2) The rated working current of 1000A DC, with a series magnetic blowing and longitudinal diaphragm ceramic earth extinguisher arc extinguishing system.
3) the overall layout structcure, the electromagnetic system and the main contact arc extinguishing system are fixed on the mounting underframe respectively, with the angle rotating of the clapper type electromagnetic system and the double winding attracting coil, arris pressing device is added to the rotating edges.
4) The main contact is made of copper. The contact resistance is low and the reaction speed is fast.
5) The contactor is reliable, safe, long life and easy maintenance.
2. Remote control
1) Computer remote control. 2) It is reliable, stable, has the fuction of self lock and interlock, strong anti-interference ability and long life.
3. Voltage meter
1) Measurement voltage: 0-100V, to ensure the accuracy of the test.
2) The accuracy of display: F.S + 0.2% RDG + 1digit.

4. Ammeter
1) Measurement of current: 0-1000A (adjustable)

5. Basic configuration
1) The battery short circuit tester is composed of a large current short circuit contactor, a remote control controller, a voltmeter, an ammeter and so on.
2) must be equipped with accessories: 1000A test cable etc.
6.Test site requirements: This test is dangerous. When testing, please use a separate tester room to test, and open the observation window in the lab, so as to record the voltage and current data when the battery is short circuited.
