Electric Heater Air Circulation Industrial Drying Oven ,
Electric Oven is mainly used in biochemical,chemical and pharmaceutical,health care,agricultural research,environmental protection and other research applications of drying, baking, dewaxing, sterilizing, preheat variours materials, heat treatment, preservation and so on. It als can be used for ordinary constant temperature test. This drying oven is electrothermal blowing dry chamber/box, it reaches temperature regularity index depending on air enforcement convection.
Features
1. LJ101 series uses interactive type, It can input parameter by accepting up and down buttons. The surface of instrument does not be hot after long-time service within 300ºC. It with observation window, over 3 kinds of protector, box has magnetic filed shield. The blower on the bottom.
2.LJ102 series is high-precision program explosion prevention high temperature chamber, i designed according to the most advanced structure from overseas, its regularity reaches ±1ºC, temperature rising rate is 1-7ºC/min(linear change), it's high-precision, accurate on temperature control and not buffer during temperature rising due to adopt Japan Yokohama UP series multifunctional procedural controller The blower is in flank.
3. LJ103 series ovens, it's mainly used for roasting productions, it is capacious, it can take go-cart, The circulation mode of this instrument is blowing on both sides and the air suction in the middle.
4. Microcomputer based intelligent digital display temperature controller, it is accurate and reliable in temperature control, it is able to display preset temperature and actual temperature inside box synchronously; it has alarm functions of over-temperature/heat, electric leakage and sensor error; also has timing function. (intelligent LCD temperature controller is optional)
5. Adoption of low-noise fan and suitable air channel that form the hot air circulating system, the heated dry air flows through the objects directly to dry and sterilize.
