Stone Shot Blasting Machine working principle The speed adjustable roller conveyor sends the workpieces into the shotting room. The shots from the impeller head come out from different coordinates and intensively           shot on the workpieces in the shotting room, removing the surface adhering substance, 

          work for cleaning and texturing.

The roller conveyor continues to move and send the workpieces along with dust waste to           the blowing room, and blowed by manually operated blower gun, until moving out. The helix conveyor sends the blowed shots, shotting rust and dust to the bottom of the           hoister, and be sent to the splitter by the hoister for winnowing splitting. The splitted clean shots be sent to the shot-collecting backet and kept for circulated use. The           unsplitted mixings go back to the splitter for re-splitting. The dust sucked by blower to dust collector, filtering clean air out and dust to the dust           collecting box which can be cleaned regularly. 4. Specialty Of Our Stone Shot Blasting Machine Uniform size for shots ensures uniform processing quality and surface pattern.
