TOPTITECH's 10mm thick stainless steel sintered filter disc is a high-performance filtration component designed for chemical decarbonization and other demanding industrial processes. Manufactured through advanced vacuum sintering technology, stainless steel powder is diffusion bonded under high temperature to form a rigid and porous structure. This ensures uniform pore distribution, high mechanical strength, excellent permeability, and outstanding resistance to heat and corrosion.  

Compared with conventional filter media, the stainless steel sintered disc provides long service life, stable filtration efficiency, and easy regeneration through backwashing or ultrasonic cleaning.
