Working principleThe speed adjustable roller conveyor sends the work-pieces into the shoting room.
The shots from abrasive impeller comes out from different coordinates and intensively shot on the workpieces. The shots, shotting rust and dust blowed by the blowing device, and fall into the hoister by the helix conveyor, and be sent to the separator by the hoister. The separated clean shots go into the hopper and kept for circulated use. The dust sucked by blower to dust collector, filtering clean air out and dust to the dust collecting box which can be cleaned regularly.5.Advantaes of Our Shot Blasting Machine
Taiwan technology Core components all use international brands 3-5 times of lifespan than nomal shot blasting machine. Use Taiwan high wear-resistance impeller head, wear-resistant parts can be used for 1500- 2500 hours. Main shoting room use high wear & blasting resistant steel guard plate, high chromium molybdenum alloy with 26.5-28% chromium. Lifespan 2-3 years. Vice shoting room use high Mn alloy steel guard plate, lifespan 10 years. Belt use recently developed Taiwan high wear-resistance rubber belt with reinforcing steel wire layer, no joint. Lifespan 2 years. Every import transmission parts have proximity switches to avoid further work when there is any fault. Pulse bag dust collector collecting bag and electro-magnetic pulse valve from Taiwan. Winnowing splitter inside special design give 99% splitting rate. Pneumatic controller controlsshots uniform flow, avoiding too much shots destroy motor or too less shots cant work well.
Conveyor and helix power adopt Taiwan Chengbang reducer. Conveyor lifespan 2 years,helix lifespan 7200 hours.
PLC electrical control system. Economical shots consumption. With 3 classes full flow curtain hammer style shots reclaimsystem. The shots will be cleaned and recycled to use, reducing disposal and minimizing
abrasive costs.
