HENGKO stainless steel filter disc is made by sintering 316L powder material or multilayer stainless steel wire mesh at high temperatures. They have been widely used in environmental protection, petroleum, natural gas, chemical, environmental detection,instrumentation, pharmaceutical equipment and other fields.HENGKO micron pore sized grade stainless steel filter disc has excellent performances of smooth and flat internal and external tube wall, uniform pores and high strength. The dimensional tolerance of most models is controlled within ±0.05 mm.

HENGKO sintered disc filters consist of highly uniform, interconnected networks of pores with tortuous paths that trap solid particles in gas or liquid. Excellent depth filters with superior mechanical strength. Stainless Steel Type 316L withstands temperatures up to 750°F (399°C) in oxidizing and 900°F (482°C) in reducing environments. These filters can be cleaned by other methods, such as ultrasonic baths or reverse flow flushing. If your application requires even greater resistance to corrosion, temperature, wear, and vibration, other nickel-based alloys are available.

HENGKO sintered stainless steel filter plate, also called sintered metal porous filters, adopt stainless steel 316, 316L powder as raw materials and then produced through sizing, molding and sintering processes. Because of stainless steel material, so the sintered metal powder filter elements are also known as sintered stainless steel powder filter element.

High technology special process molding
The 316L material used to produce these filters. They are made by uniaxial compaction of powder in a rigid tool with the negative shape of the part, and then sintered. The pore size is adjusted by changing the compaction pressure and/or the particle size of the powder. Powder metallurgy technology is able to create other shapes, such as blind cylinders and other special geometries. In these cases it is necessary to build a specific tool according to the required design.
