The advanced bogie load tester integrated PLC control, D/A converter module, precise transducer and touch screen techoology .Product structure:
1. The bogie load tester is made of section steel and plate steel. They are welded into gantry structure to form the locating surface.
2. Electronic control system is integrated PLC control, D/A converter module, precise transducer and touch screen to accomplish the bogie load test automatically.
3. Sensor system: The displacement transducer is fixed on beam, and the pressure transducer is fixed between the cylinder and pressure head.
Performance feature:
1. The advanced displacement and pressure transducer could assure the high precision and reliability.
2. Human-computer interaction displays the value of pressure and displacement real-time.
3. The testing could be controlled manually or automatically.
4. The data could be stored, printed and shared with HMIS system.
