The micro-control spring tester adopts several advanced technologies and tests the spring efficiently, automatically and accurat

 

Product structure:

1. The main frame includes two 16mm thickness steel plates which are welded with stiffeners; it has higher strength and could eliminate the structural distortion during the testing process.

2. The pressure is tested by S style transducer which is set on main frame by screw. The measuring seat is set up on the transducer.

3. The data collecting system is high resolution D/A converter module which could collect real- time data precisely and promptly.

4. The auto-control system is independent of hand-control system. During the testing process, the displacement and pressure data could be displayed on touch screen.

5. The hydraulic circuit includes two kinds of cylinder which are used for measuring and driving respectively.

2. According to the braking valve and spring, the displacement transducer and pressure transducer are selected to enhance the measuring precision.

4. Pneumatic/Hydraulic System is regulative and sensitive; it could keep stable testing speed when the loads are changed.

5. The machine could alarm when the abnormality come out and keep operator from faulty operation injury.
