Coal injection machine of coal pulverizer
Coal pulverizer is widely used for industrial boiler (such as heating, annealing, tempering), heating boiler, conduction oil boiler (drying, vaporing) and other kinds boilers. It can be used instead of fuel oil, gas, and electrical heat energy equipment, which can save 50% energy.
Coal pulverizer characteristics:
Thick lining panel: coal pulverizer, the inner shell lining is with thick chrome steel plates. So it is very durable.
High wear-resistant hammer for crushing.
Small particle size: after crushed,the particle size is smaller, when burning it will be more sufficiently and more environmental(less smoke). The particle size is about 160-200 mesh.
High production capacity. coal pulverizer is with reasonable design, 10% higher than similar products in production.
Combustion. Our machine has double oxygen input, it can improve efficiency and burn sufficiently.
Rapid deceleration integration: reduction gear and spindle are designed in same group, to save electricity.
No black smoke.
Coal pulverizer structure and working principle:
Coal pulverizer is consist of feeder, grinding chamber, fan chamber and separator.
Grinding chamber is consist of crushing body, main shaft, coal hammer and lining board.
Fan chamber, installed fixed fan on shaft, spraying coal powder to burner.
At the bottom of separator, connect with machine body, at the top, coal powder conveyor connect with pipe, In the cutting edge of separator welded with big size coal powder backflow pipe connect with material entrance, big size coal back to grinding chamber for grinding again.

Coal pulverizer Application:
Coal pulverizer to be used for drying, annealing, tempering boilers, steam and so on.
Applicable industry: Malleable Iron, foundries, rolling mills, strip mills, cement plants, boiler plant industry.
It can replace oil, gas and electric power thermal energy equipment, which can save 40-50% of energy.
Mark of coal: bituminous coal;
Gross calorific value: ≥5000kcal/kg (≥ 20000kJ/kg);
Net calorific value: ≥4200kcal/kg;
Volatile matter: ≥25%;
Ash Content: ≤10%;
Total moisture: ≤35%;
Inherent moisture: ≤14%;
Total sulphur: ≤1%;
Particle size: ≤20mm.
Note: These indexes are the lowest requirements for the coal, the better coal will be
better at practice.

Warranty: one year. If any parts (excluding easily damaging parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, we shall replace it
free-of-cost. But the relevant cost shall be bear in your account (round trip air ticket, board and lodging).
