Ore slag drying machine for copper ore and gold ore
ore slag dryer introduction:
ore slag dryer mainly used for drying coal, clay, kaolin clay, mineral slag, chicken manure, mineral powder, fly ash, gypsum, sand, slurry, etc.
ore slag dryer also can be used for drying following materials:
Fertilizers (Potash, DAP, MAP, NPK, TSP)
Minerals and Ores (Copper, Iron, etc.)
Aggregates (Limestone, Sand and Gravel)
Proppants
Industrial Wastes and Sludges
Municipal Waste
ore slag dryer can dry wet material from 50-60% water content to 10-15% water content .
ore slag dryer structure:
ore slag dryer consist of drum, lifting board, big and small gear, rolling ring, supporting wheel, reducer, motor, inlet and outlet sealing, V-belt and foundation bolt.
Full set equipment for ore slag dryer:
Materials are sent to hopper of ore slag dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator. The barrel is installed with slope to horizontal line. Materials enter the barrel from the higher side, and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, materials and hot air mix together. Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel rotates. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down to make materials and hot air mix completely. So drying efficiency is improved.
For heating source, you can choose coal, gas and oil. Equipment you can choose pulverized coal burner, coal gasifier, gas burner, etc.
