This type of chamber filter press machine consist of frame,filter plate ,hydraulic pressing system ,eletctic control cabinet and PLC control system.
Working principle of the sludge dewatering filter press:
With the help of the feeding pump,the solid and liquid are separated by the filter medium(fiilter cloth).Solid particles are remainned in filter chambers forming into cakes ,while liquid is discharged out of the machine through press cake and filter cloth.Then the automatic pulling plate device will open the filter plate one by one and discharge the filter cake.After that,the next pressing process can start.
