Hydraulic Slotting Machine
Features:
1. The Hydraulic Slotting Machine is designed for slotting various plane, formed surface (include cambered surface)
and key way of workpiece, the machine is suitable for single piece or small batch production.
2. The feed of worktable have three different directions (longitudinal, cross and rotary), so the workpiece can be processed in various surface only need one setup.
3. The ram reciprocation hydraulic transmission mechanism and worktable hydrofeederare equiped.
4. The speed of ram is invariant in each stroke, the speed of ram and the worktable movement can be adjustable in stepless way.
5. The hydraulic console has reversing mechanism for the ram reversing and oil feeding.
6. Besides hydraulic and hand feed, the worktable also has longitudinal, cross and rotary rapid motion of independent motor drive.
