Machine Summary
The model GHKB-500/GHKB-800 is a 2-axis CNC gear hobbing machine. GHKMB-800/GHKMB-800 is a 2-axis precision CNC one. The CNC axes are: X-axis--radial feed motion, Z-axis--axial feed motion. On the principle of generating method, the machine is capable of cutting cylindrical spur and helical gears, crowning and slightly tapered gears, as well as sprockets and worm wheels. The machine is best suited for heavy-truck, mining machinery, ship and motorcar industries in jobbing or batch production.

Performance and Feature
1. With vertical design, the worktable moves to realize radial feed motion.
2. CNC axes are driven through preloaded ball screws, It can cut crowning and slightly tapered gears by axial and radial coordinated control.
3. The function of automatic hob shifting reduces tool's wear and increases tool's service life.
4. The key hydraulic components are available from the reputed suppliers.
5. The guideways are covered by teflon and adopt automatic lubrication.
6. Equipped with SIEMENS or FANUC system according to the customers' requirements.
7. The electrical cabinet is equipped with a air conditioner, which helps the electrical system work steady and reliable.
8. Several kinds of square cycles, climb or conventional cutting method, as well as the setting of feed rate can all be realized by programming.
9. According to customers' requirements, automatic chip conveyor may be supplied.

Standard attachments: main machine, hob arbor assemblies Φ27,Φ32 and Φ40 one for each, a complete set of change gears, tool for installation and setup.
