Features
- The machine is a high-efficient machining equipment that is designed for solid of revolution and spiral parts, such as all kinds of threads, worm bar, screw, screw of inject machine, screw of screw pump and etc.
- Adopting layout of horizontal lathe, precision-ground high hardness guideway, width 600mm whole bed, KND CNC system three axis linkage, Cyclone milling cutting inside, high milling efficiency(6-20times of turning), spindle transmission chain is short, transmission accuracy is high, roughness is to Ra0.8um, specially suitable for cutting thin and long workpiece by adopting speical clamping device.
