GHKB-200A GHKB-200M
Machine Summary
The model GHKB-200A is a 2-axis gear hobbing machine. The CNC axes are: X-axis--radial feed motion, Z-axis--axial feed motion. Axial shifting travel for the hob can be driven by the general motor.
The model GHKB-200M is a 3-axis gear hobbing machine. Besides X and Z axes, it has another CNC axis(tangential motion)
Performance and Feature
1. CNC system used for both GHKB-200A and GHKB-200M are from worldwide renowned manufactures. Both of these two machines are capable of hobbing cylindrical spur and helical gears, crowning and slightly tapered gears, as well as worm wheels, sprockets and splines, etc.
2. The GHKB-200A/GHKB-200M is best suited for automobile, motorcycle, and engineering machinery industries.
3. The GHKB-200A/GHKB-200M is of vertical design, the worktable moves to carry out radial feed motion. Main hydraulic components come from reputed suppliers. Guideways have automatic lubrication. CNC axes are driven through preloaded ball screws. It has automatic hob shifting function. Full enclosed endosure guards around cutting area. Except top left-front side loacated electric cabinet is equipped with air conditioner. Beautiful outward appearance, lessfloor area needed and high ratio of cost/performance.
4. The CNC system of GHKB-200A/GHKB-200M adopts FANUC CNC system.
Remarks
Standard equipment: main machine, hob arbor assemblies Φ27, Φ32 one for each, acomplete set of change gears, tools for installed and adjustment.
