The wall thickness tolerance of ordinary-grade precision pipes is ±10%, and premium precision seamless steel pipes is ±5%, featuring high concentricity and uniform wall thickness. The inner diameter precision of precision steel pipes reaches IT7-IT13 grade.
Surface Quality: All precision pipes have no oxide scales, cracks or pits on internal and external walls. The surface roughness of precision seamless steel pipes is Ra 0.4-3.2μm, and bright-grade precision steel pipes are Ra ≤0.8μm, which can be directly used for precision assembly without secondary polishing.
Specification Range: Precision pipes cover outer diameter of 6-120mm and wall thickness of 1-20mm with fixed length of 2-8 meters and customizable cutting length. Special-shaped precision seamless steel pipes and precision steel pipes such as round, square and rectangular pipes are available.
