Cold Rolled Coil (CRC) is finished steel produced by cold‑rolling hot‑rolled pickled coils under room‑temperature condition. Cold Rolled Steel Coil features high dimensional accuracy, smooth bright surface without scale, stable mechanical properties. It acts as core raw material for home appliance, automotive, general machinery and hardware industry. Cold Rolled Carbon Steel Coil is supplied in annealed soft, half‑hard and full‑hard tempers. Annealed grade provides excellent stamping & deep‑drawing performance for complex forming. Full‑hard grade owns high strength & hardness for simple bending. Products can be further slitted into strips or cut into sheets. Surface treatments such as oiling and passivation are available. Bulk export supply and custom specifications are both acceptable.

- GB Grades: Q195, Q215, Q235; 08AL, SPCC, SPCD, SPCE for general stamping, deep‑drawing and extra‑deep‑drawing applications.
‑ EN Grades: DC01, DC03, DC04, DC05, DC06, equivalent to ST12‑ST15. DC04‑DC06 for complex automotive deep‑drawn components.
‑ JIS Grades: SPCC(Commercial), SPCD(Drawing), SPCE(Deep Drawing), SPCEN(Extra Deep Drawing), widely used for Southeast‑Asia orders.
‑ ASTM Grades: A1008 CS‑A/B/C, DS‑A/B, commercial / drawing / deep‑drawing Cold Rolled Carbon Steel Coil for American‑market projects.
‑ High‑Strength Grades: BH bake‑hardening steel, DP dual‑phase steel, IF interstitial‑free steel for lightweight automotive structural parts.

5. Process & Surface Treatment
Manufacturing workflow for Cold Rolled Steel Coil: hot‑rolled mother coil → pickling for scale removal → multi‑stand cold rolling → annealing(for soft temper) → temper rolling & levelling → surface oiling / passivation → coiling → final inspection & packing. Cold rolling is operated below recrystallization temperature to realize thickness reduction, eliminating hot‑rolling scale and achieving superior flatness & tight tolerance. Annealing removes cold‑work hardening and improves elongation & formability of Cold Rolled Coil. Full‑hard coils skip annealing and retain high strength from cold deformation. Finished goods go through visual inspection, dimension check and mechanical‑property sampling test. Surface protective film can be applied. The surface of Cold Rolled Carbon Steel Coil is well‑suited for painting, spraying and electro‑plating. Mill test reports are provided per batch, SGS / BV third‑party inspection is acceptable.

8. Lead Time, Packing & Shipping Documents

‑ Packing: Export seaworthy anti‑rust & moisture‑proof packing. Each coil wrapped by inner moisture‑proof paper & plastic film, reinforced by outer steel guard‑angles & steel bands, loaded on steel or fumigated wooden pallets, to prevent end‑face & surface damage during ocean shipment.

Please specify execution standard, material grade, thickness, width, coil weight, coil inner diameter; delivery temper (annealed‑soft / half‑hard / full‑hard), surface class, oiling / passivation requirement. For cut‑to‑length or slitting service, specify finished dimensions. For deep‑drawing & high‑strength grades, please provide stamping‑process information. Both small‑lot and bulk orders are accepted for domestic manufacturing procurement and overseas export.
10. Notes
Grade matching for forming process: Simple bending uses DC01 / SPCC; normal stamping uses DC03 / SPCD; complex deep‑drawing & stretching must adopt DC04/DC05/DC06 or SPCE/SPCEN deep‑drawing‑grade Cold Rolled Coil. Never apply low‑grade material for deep‑drawing to avoid stamping cracking.
2. Distinguish delivery temper: Full‑hard Cold Rolled Steel Coil owns high hardness with low elongation, only fit for simple bending, not for deep‑drawing. Complex forming requires annealed‑soft temper.
3. Surface & rust‑protection management: Cold Rolled Carbon Steel Coil has no inherent corrosion resistance and only relies on temporary anti‑rust oil. Warehouse shall keep dry & ventilated; avoid rain & moisture to prevent rusting. Protect coil end‑face and sheet surface during lifting & transportation; scratching and impact shall be avoided.
4. Surface‑class selection: Exposed painting / electro‑plating cosmetic‑parts select FC / FD high‑grade surface; internal non‑appearance parts may adopt FB grade to control procurement‑cost.
5. Stamping‑process adaptation: Even deep‑drawing grades have forming‑limits. Product design and die process shall match material elongation performance; over‑limit stretching will cause cracking & rejection.
6. Cut‑to‑length control: Apply protective film during shearing process; keep roller table clean to avoid indentation & scratching. Stack cut sheets flat to prevent warping & deformation.
7. Site acceptance: Verify grade, standard, thickness, width and coil weight on arrival; cross‑check mechanical‑property values on MTC. Coils with heavy rust or serious end‑face damage shall not be put into production.
