1. Product Description

The custom-built industrial mineral drying plant for rare earth element processing is a tailor-made complete drying system dedicated to rare earth ores, rare earth concentrates, rare earth precipitates and related intermediate raw materials. The whole plant integrates feeding, dispersion, low-temperature controlled drying, dust recovery, waste gas treatment and intelligent automatic control modules. In view of the unique characteristics of rare earth materials such as high added value, easy agglomeration and strict requirements on product purity, the system adopts anti-contamination, low-damage and precisely temperature-controlled design. It can gently remove free moisture of rare earth materials without damaging material properties, meeting the technical standards of rare earth separation, roasting and deep processing. It is widely deployed in rare earth mineral processing plants, rare earth smelting enterprises and rare earth new material production bases.

2. Working Principle

Wet rare earth raw materials are quantitatively transported into the drying unit through the sealed feeding system. Materials are evenly dispersed inside the drying chamber to avoid local accumulation and overheating. Hot air with accurately regulated temperature fully contacts rare earth materials for mild heat exchange. Free moisture inside materials evaporates steadily under set temperature conditions. Water vapor mixed with fine rare earth dust is collected through closed pipelines and delivered to the high-efficiency dust recovery system. Recovered rare earth dust can be recycled to avoid valuable resource loss. After reaching the specified moisture standard, qualified dried rare earth materials are discharged. The whole production line runs under closed negative pressure to prevent cross-contamination and loss of rare earth powder.
