1. Product Description

The high-performance rotary cylinder dryer for phosphorus rock and fertilizer minerals is a professional continuous drying device developed for phosphorus rock, phosphate ore and various fertilizer mineral raw materials. The complete system consists of feeding equipment, rotary cylinder main body, heat source system, waste gas dust removal unit, discharging mechanism and automatic control module. Combined with the physical characteristics of phosphorus rock and fertilizer minerals such as easy pulverization and certain corrosion tendency, the equipment optimizes internal lifting plates, anti-corrosion and anti-caking structure. It can steadily remove surface moisture of mineral materials to meet the standards for mineral beneficiation, fertilizer processing, granulation and long-distance transportation. It is widely used in phosphorus mining plants, phosphate mineral processing bases and chemical fertilizer manufacturing enterprises.

2. Working Principle

Wet phosphorus rock and fertilizer minerals are uniformly fed into the inclined rotary cylinder. With the slow rotation of the cylinder, specially designed lifting plates lift and scatter materials continuously to form a stable material curtain. Hot air flows through the cylinder and conducts sufficient convective heat exchange with falling materials. The moisture attached to the surface of phosphorus rock and fertilizer minerals absorbs heat and evaporates rapidly. Humid flue gas mixed with fine mineral dust is transported to the dust removal system for purification. After reaching the target moisture requirement, dried materials slide along the inclined cylinder to the discharge outlet and are delivered to the next working procedure. The whole production process operates continuously under closed negative pressure.
