1. Product Description

The high-efficiency rotary drum dryer for desulfurization gypsum and industrial salt is a specialized rotary drying equipment developed for dewatering desulfurization gypsum, industrial salt and other crystalline granular materials. It consists of feeding device, rotary drum, heat supply system, dust removal unit, discharging mechanism and automatic control system. The equipment optimizes the internal lifting plate structure and airflow distribution to solve common problems such as material adhesion, crystal breakage and uneven drying during processing desulfurization gypsum and industrial salt. It can accurately control the final moisture of finished products, guarantee product quality, and is widely applied in thermal power plants, chemical industry, salt making factories and building material production lines.

2. Working Principle

Wet desulfurization gypsum or industrial salt is evenly fed into the inclined rotary drum. With the slow rotation of the drum, the internal lifting plates continuously lift and scatter materials to form a uniform material curtain inside the cylinder. Hot air flows through the drum in co-current or counter-current mode and conducts sufficient heat exchange with suspended materials. The moisture inside materials absorbs heat and evaporates rapidly. Water vapor mixed with fine dust is discharged to the dust removal system for purification. After reaching the required moisture standard, dried materials slide to the discharge end along the inclined drum and are conveyed to the next process. The whole drying process runs continuously and stably.
