Pressure Vessel Plate is special hot‑rolled medium and heavy steel plate for pressure‑bearing equipment, produced under strict pressure‑equipment standards with strictly controlled sulfur and phosphorus impurities. It features high strength, high toughness, excellent fatigue resistance, lamellar‑tearing resistance and good weldability. As the core product, Pressure Vessel Steel Plate owns dense & uniform internal microstructure, enabling long‑term safe service under high‑temperature, low‑temperature and high‑pressure conditions. Widely applied in pressure vessels, storage tanks, reactors, heat exchangers, boiler drums and other pressure‑bearing equipment. Classified by working conditions, it includes carbon‑grade Boiler Vessel Plate, low‑temperature vessel plate, Cr‑Mo heat‑resistant vessel plate, Z‑direction anti‑tearing plate and HIC resistant plate. Carbon‑grade for medium‑temperature & medium‑pressure equipment; low‑temperature grades guarantee impact toughness under sub‑zero environment; Cr‑Mo alloy grades fit high‑temperature hydrogen‑service conditions; Z‑grade plates prevent lamellar tearing for heavy thick‑plate welding. Surfaces shall be free of cracks, scabs, folds and slag inclusions. Every batch passes ultrasonic testing before delivery. Large‑volume export and project‑oriented customization are supported。

- Carbon Steel Vessel Plate (Mainstream General Grade): Q245R, Q345R, Q370R. Main‑streamBoiler Vessel Plate with balanced mechanical properties and good weld‑ability, widely used for storage tanks, heat exchangers, boiler drums and general pressure vessels. 

 - Low‑Temperature Vessel Plate: 16MnDR, 09MnNiDR. Excellent low‑temperature impact toughness for ‑40℃ and ‑70℃ respectively, applied for cryogenic storage tanks, LNG equipment and low‑temperature chemical pressure‑bearing facilities. 

 - Heat‑Resistant Hydrogen‑Service Alloy Plate: 15CrMoR, 14Cr1MoR, 12Cr2Mo1R. High‑temperature, creep‑resistance and hydrogen‑corrosion resistance for refinery and coal‑chemical reactors & hydrogenation units; equivalent ASTM grades SA387Gr11, SA387Gr22. 

 - ASTM Standard Vessel Plate: SA516Gr60, SA516Gr70. For medium‑low temperature pressure‑bearing equipment, widely adopted in export projects, available in normalized condition and HIC‑resistant version complying with ASME codes. 

 - Z‑Direction Property Plate: Q345R‑Z15/Z25/Z35, anti‑lamellar‑tearing for thick‑plate welding, large towers and heavy‑duty high‑pressure equipment key components.

5. Process & Surface Treatment

Pressure Vessel Plate adopts clean‑steel smelting with strict S/P control, produced via continuous casting, heating, controlled rolling & cooling and dedicated heat‑treatment. Grain size, banded structure and inclusion level are strictly controlled for internal quality. Each batch of Pressure Vessel Steel Plate passes tensile, bending and impact tests. Plates for critical equipment go through piece‑by‑piece ultrasonic inspection to eliminate internal lamination, white‑spot and delamination defects. Available surface options include shot‑blasting & sand‑blasting, anti‑rust painting, cutting and edge chamfering. High‑parameter Boiler Vessel Plate adopts normalized or normalized plus tempered heat‑treatment for grain refinement, improving toughness and anti‑fatigue performance.
