Product Overview
Casting Pipe is an essential pipe for municipal water supply and drainage projects. Cast Iron Casting Pipe is produced by centrifugal casting technology, and Ductile Iron Pipe is the most widely‑used type among Casting Pipe. Casting Pipe is centrifugally cast from high‑quality pig iron. As high‑performance Casting Pipe, Ductile Iron Pipe features dense structure, good impact resistance and soil corrosion resistance. Cast Iron Casting Pipe is very suitable for underground burial. Compared with ordinary steel pipe, Casting Pipe has strong anti‑settlement performance. Ductile Iron Pipe enjoys longer service life. Cast Iron Casting Pipe is widely adopted in water transmission and sewage pipe network projects. Casting Pipe is a preferred product for underground pipeline construction.

Material Grade: QT450‑10 Ductile Iron
Standards: GB/T13295‑2023, ISO2531, EN545
Manufacture: Centrifugal casting, high‑temperature casting, internal & external anti‑corrosion coating treatment. The complete process guarantees stable overall performance of Casting Pipe, qualified metallographic structure of Ductile Iron Pipe, and zero blowhole & sand hole defects for Cast Iron Casting Pipe.
Size Range: DN80‑DN2600; Standard single length:6m; Custom length available. Full‑range Casting Pipe and Ductile Iron Pipe are available for supply. Most Cast Iron Casting Pipe adopts K9 pressure class.
Pressure Class: K7, K8, K9, K10, K12; K9 is widely used in engineering.
Coating: Outer: Zinc coating + bitumen / epoxy coal tar bitumen, improves anti‑corrosion performance of Casting Pipe against soil. Inner: Cement mortar lining, epoxy ceramic lining optional, ensuring smooth water delivery of Ductile Iron Pipe.
