【Product Overview】
Anti-corrosion steel pipe is composed of carbon steel base pipe combined with special anti-corrosion coating. It effectively isolates steel from soil, water, acid, alkali and salt to prevent rust and corrosion. Widely adopted for underground buried pipeline projects.We supply multiple anti-corrosion solutions: 3PE, 3LPE, TPEP, FBE, double FBE, 2PE, epoxy coal tar, IPN8710 coating. Available in seamless pipe, spiral welded pipe, ERW straight welded pipe and LSAW pipe. All specifications can be customized according to project requirements.

【Main Coating Introduction】
1. 3PE / 3LPE Anti-corrosion Steel Pipe
Three-layer structure: Fusion bonded epoxy powder + adhesive + polyethylene outer layer.The most popular solution for long-distance oil, gas and water transmission pipelines. Outstanding cathodic disbondment resistance.
2. TPEP Composite Anti-corrosion Steel Pipe
Outer 3PE coating + internal epoxy coating.Non-toxic inner layer, meets drinking water transport standards. Ideal for municipal water supply, reclaimed water and sewage dual-purpose pipelines.
3. FBE / Double FBE Coated Steel Pipe
Fusion bonded epoxy coating, thin coating thickness, high temperature resistance.Easy repair after welding, widely used for oilfield gathering pipelines and high-temperature medium transportation.
4. IPN8710 Anti-corrosion Steel Pipe
Non-toxic inner anti-corrosion coating, specially used for portable water supply pipeline.
5. Epoxy Coal Tar Anti-corrosion Steel Pipe
