Product Introduction
PU pre-insulated steel pipe is an integrated three-layer prefabricated pipeline, consisting of working steel pipe, high-density rigid polyurethane foam insulation layer and HDPE outer protective casing.It is specially designed for underground district heating, residential hot water transportation and geothermal pipeline projects. The closed-cell polyurethane structure provides low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation performance. Integral sealed structure achieves outstanding waterproof and anti-corrosion capacity. Factory prefabrication greatly accelerates site construction and cuts long-term maintenance costs, which is the mainstream pipeline for urban heating network.
