Steel Pipe & Tube & Alloy Steel Pipe,15CrMo、T11/SA213 T11、T9/SA213 T9
1. Product Definition
Alloy Steel Pipe is a seamless steel pipe made by adding alloying elements such as chromium (Cr), molybdenum (Mo), vanadium (V), nickel (Ni) to carbon steel, followed by hot rolling or cold drawing. Its core features are high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, creep resistance, and corrosion resistance, with performance far superior to ordinary carbon steel pipes. It is widely used in high-end heavy-duty conditions such as power stations, boilers, chemical industry, and petroleum.
2. Core Product Advantages
Excellent high-temperature performance: Can operate stably at 450℃–650℃ for a long time, resisting creep and high-temperature oxidation, not easy to deform or crack.
High pressure resistance: Yield strength ≥295MPa, tensile strength ≥450MPa, pressure resistance up to 10–32MPa, suitable for high-pressure vessels and pipelines.
Strong corrosion resistance: Chromium-molybdenum elements form a dense oxide film, resisting sulfur and hydrogen corrosion, suitable for harsh media environments such as chemical and oil/gas.
Good low-temperature toughness: High low-temperature impact energy, not easy to brittle fracture at -40℃, suitable for cold regions and cryogenic conditions.
Long service life & easy maintenance: Service life up to 15–30 years, no frequent anti-corrosion required, low comprehensive cost, 100% recyclable, meeting environmental protection and energy conservation requirements.

5. Production Process
Hot-rolled Alloy Pipe (Mainstream)
Steel billet → Heating (1150–1250℃) → Piercing → Hot rolling → Sizing → Cooling → Straightening → Heat treatment (Normalizing + Tempering) → Inspection → Packaging.
Cold-rolled Precision Alloy Pipe
Hot-rolled billet → Pickling → Cold rolling (multi-pass) → Annealing → Finishing → Inspection → Packaging (high precision, thin wall).
Heat Treatment Condition
Normalizing + Tempering: Standard delivery, balanced plasticity and toughness.
Solution Annealing: For corrosion-resistant alloys, easy processing and welding.
