Different from rolled and drawn steel pipes, Casting Pipe is integrally formed by one-time casting, featuring dense structure, high integrity, high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It is a special pipeline suitable for harsh working conditions of high temperature, high pressure, severe wear and strong corrosion. They are widely applied in heavy industries including industrial furnaces, petrochemicals, metallurgy, environmental protection and thermal power, serving as core pipes to replace ordinary seamless pipes under heavy-load and high-temperature working conditions.

  • Ordinary Cast Steel Material: ZG230-450, ZG270-500. As the main material for Casting Pipe under conventional working conditions, it offers high cost performance and good rigidity, suitable for industrial conveying pipelines with low temperature, normal pressure and slight wear.

  • Medium Alloy Heat-Resistant Material: ZG3Cr24Ni7SiN, ZG40Cr25Ni20. Special materials for mid-end High Temperature Casting Pipe with excellent high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance, adapting to 900–1100℃ industrial furnace pipeline systems.

  • High Alloy Heat-Resistant Material: ZG30Ni35Cr15, ZG40Cr28Ni48W5. High-end materials for Centrifugal Casting Pipe, featuring ultra-high temperature resistance, strong corrosion resistance and thermal fatigue resistance. It can withstand extreme high temperatures above 1200℃ and is applied to core equipment such as petrochemical cracking furnaces and reforming furnaces.

5. Production Process

Raw material proportioning and smelting → High-temperature refining and impurity removal → Centrifugal casting / static casting forming → Natural cooling and shaping → Heat treatment and conditioning → Pipe end finishing and cutting → Appearance flaw detection → Pressure performance sampling inspection → Finished product inspection and warehousing.
