Precision Steel Tube, also known as precision seamless tube, is a high-precision pipe manufactured by sophisticated cold rolling and cold drawing processes. Precision Steel Tube features accurate dimensions, smooth inner walls and no oxide layer, serving as an upgraded high-end product of ordinary steel tubes. Our factory’s Cold Drawn Precision Tube and Alloy Precision Tube boast high precision and good consistency. They are widely used in high-precision working conditions such as mechanical manufacturing, hydraulic equipment, auto parts and automation equipment, and have become one of the most widely used high-end seamless pipes for industrial supporting applications.
2. Core Product Advantages
Ultra-high Dimensional Accuracy: Precision Steel Tube adopts extremely strict tolerance control for outer diameter and wall thickness, with a tolerance range of ±0.02mm~±0.1mm. It features high pipe concentricity and uniform wall thickness, with accuracy several times higher than ordinary steel tubes. Cold Drawn Precision Tube has superior overall dimensional stability.
High Internal and External Wall Smoothness: Precision Steel Tube has clean and smooth internal and external walls without peeling, pitting or oxide layers. Its inner wall has low roughness and small fluid resistance, making it suitable for high-pressure fluid and hydraulic oil circuit systems. It is the preferred Cold Drawn Precision Tube for the hydraulic industry.
Stable Mechanical Properties: Grain refinement is achieved through cold processing and bright heat treatment.Precision Steel Tube has high strength, good toughness, compression and burst resistance and is not easy to deform. Carbon Steel Precision Tube: 10#, 20#, 35#, 45#. As the mainstream material for conventional Precision Steel Tube, it has high cost performance and strong versatility, and is the most circulated Cold Drawn Precision Tube in the market.
Alloy Steel Precision Tube: 16Mn, 40Cr, 42CrMo, 27SiMn. It features high strength, high wear resistance and high pressure resistance, mostly used for heavy-duty equipment, structural parts and high-pressure systems, belonging to high-end Alloy Precision Tube.

5. Production Process
High-quality pipe billet → Pickling and Phosphating → Multi-pass cold drawing/cold rolling forming → NBK bright heat treatment → Precision straightening → Non-destructive flaw detection → Precision cutting and flatting → Appearance and dimension re-inspection → Finished product warehousing.
