1. Product Overview
Alloy steel pipe is a high-grade seamless steel pipe smelted by adding chromium, molybdenum, nickel, vanadium, titanium and other alloying elements into high-quality carbon steel. Different from ordinary carbon steel pipes and galvanized steel pipes, it is optimized through alloy modification and features high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, creep resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent low-temperature toughness and high strength. Adopting integral seamless forming without welding seams, the pipe owns an extremely high safety factor for pressure bearing. It is a special pipe for high-end industrial scenarios including electric power, chemical industry, petroleum, thermal energy, nuclear power and heavy industry, capable of adapting to harsh working conditions of high temperature, high pressure, strong corrosion and low temperature. We provide spot supply and customized products in full compliance with Chinese, American and European standards.
The mainstream regular product is alloy seamless steel pipe. Custom alloy welded pipes, precision-rolled alloy pipes and high-pressure thick-walled alloy pipes are available to meet diverse pressure and temperature requirements of different working conditions.

Material Performance Characteristics
Cr-Mo Alloy Pipe: High temperature resistance, hydrogen corrosion resistance and creep resistance, suitable for working conditions above 500℃ with high temperature and high pressure.
Low-temperature Alloy Pipe: Excellent low-temperature impact toughness, no brittle fracture at -40℃ ~ -70℃.
High-strength Alloy Pipe: 42CrMo/35CrMo with high strength and good wear resistance, applicable for mechanical structures and high-pressure equipment.
4. Production Process
Re-inspection of high-quality alloy steel billets → High-temperature heating in furnace → Piercing forming → Continuous pipe rolling → Sizing and reducing → Straightening → Non-destructive testing → Heat treatment (normalizing/tempering/quenching and tempering) → Finishing and cutting → Pickling and passivation → Dimensional re-inspection → Pressure test → Marking, packaging and warehousing

8. Quality Inspection Items
All pipes are fully inspected before delivery in strict accordance with Chinese and American standard acceptance criteria. The core inspection items are as follows:
Visual Inspection: Free of cracks, folds, scars, delaminations and pits with smooth inner and outer walls.
Dimensional Accuracy Inspection: Precise verification of outer diameter, wall thickness, length, roundness and straightness.
Mechanical Property Test: Tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, impact toughness and hardness test.
Non-destructive Testing: Eddy current testing and ultrasonic testing to completely detect internal defects.
Hydrostatic Test: Pressure holding test under rated pressure with no leakage or deformation.
Metallographic structure test, chemical composition spectral analysis and high-temperature performance sampling test.
9. Packaging and Marking
Domestic Supply: Plastic protective caps installed at both ends of pipes, fixed with steel strip binding. Each bundle is attached with certificates, material reports and specification labels with moisture-proof and rain-proof packaging.
Export Supply: Custom export packaging with double layers of PE waterproof film and woven bags, reinforced pipe end protection. Specifications, standards, materials, furnace numbers and origins can be printed according to customer shipping marks.
Delivery Documents: Original material certificate, non-destructive testing report, hydrostatic test report and factory certificate are provided, with Chinese and English inspection documents available.
10. Delivery Cycle & MOQ
Regular In-stock Specifications: Shipment within 3-7 working days.
Large-diameter thick-wall pipes, special materials, heat treatment customization and deep-processed products: 15-25 working days.
MOQ: Small-batch trial orders are acceptable. Bulk engineering orders are prioritized for production, and full-container foreign trade orders are supported.
11. Notes
Alloy steel pipes are strictly prohibited from replacing ordinary carbon steel pipes for low-pressure and normal-temperature conventional working conditions to avoid cost waste; ordinary carbon steel pipes shall not replace alloy pipes for high-temperature, high-pressure and corrosive working conditions to eliminate potential safety hazards.
The installation of high-temperature alloy pipelines requires professional welding procedures and heat-resistant welding materials. Stress relief heat treatment is required after welding to prevent weld cracking.
Pipes shall be stored in dry and ventilated places with rain and moisture protection. Long-term open-air exposure and water immersion shall be avoided to prevent surface oxidation and corrosion.
Violent knocking and rough installation of low-temperature alloy pipes are forbidden to prevent damage to low-temperature toughness and ensure service safety.
Confirm material adaptability in advance when transporting strong acid, alkali and oxidant media. Lining anti-corrosion treatment is adopted if necessary.
