1. Product Overview
Cold rolled steel coils are produced from pickled hot rolled steel coils. The rolling process is carried out at room temperature (below the metal recrystallization temperature), followed by annealing, temper rolling and finishing. The finished products feature no high-temperature oxidation scale, high dimensional accuracy and excellent surface smoothness and formability. They serve as core raw materials for home appliances, automotive parts, hardware and coating industries, and can also be used as substrates for hot-dip galvanizing, electro-galvanizing and tin plating.
2. Production Process Flow
Pickled hot rolled coil → Uncoiling & Cleaning → Cold continuous rolling & thickness reduction → Batch/continuous annealing → Temper rolling & conditioning → Edge trimming & slitting → Anti-rust oil coating → Re-inspection & rewinding → Finished product packaging & warehousing

4. Common Grades & Applications
4.1 Commercial Grade (Simple Bending & Light Stamping)
DC01 / SPCC / ST12: General-purpose grade for chassis, cabinets, hardware shells, brackets and simple bent parts.
4.2 Drawing Grade
DC03 / SPCD / ST13: Ordinary stamping grade for internal home appliance parts and automotive interior components.
4.3 Deep Drawing Grade
DC04 / SPCE / ST14: Deep drawing grade for refrigerator shells, washing machine housings and complex stamped components.
4.4 Extra Deep Drawing Grade (IF Steel)
DC05 / DC06 / SPCF / SPCG: Aging-free ultra-deep drawing steel, suitable for automotive outer panels and complex curved parts.
4.5 Full Hard Cold Rolled Coil (Unannealed)
SPCC-PB, DC01 Full Hard: High hardness with limited formability, ideal for structural parts and spring substrates without secondary stamping requirements.
High-strength options: HC340LA, HC420LA and other low-alloy high-strength cold rolled steels for automotive structural parts.

FD (Fine Drawing Surface): Ultra-premium surface for mirror electroplating and high-end decorative products.
Surface Texture
1. Dull Finish (D): Matte surface rolled by textured work rolls, effectively avoiding slip lines during stamping; preferred for home appliance and automotive panels.
2. Bright Finish (B): High mirror smoothness, suitable for electroplating and high-gloss spraying.
Anti-rust Treatment
Oiled Surface: Standard delivery with anti-rust oil, providing reliable protection for marine transportation and long-term warehousing.
Dry Surface: Oil-free surface for direct welding applications (please confirm in advance).

10. Packaging (Export Standard)
Adopt marine-grade waterproof export packaging: Inner anti-rust paper + plastic moisture-proof film, external steel band strapping and edge corner protection. Each package is labeled with steel grade, specification, heat number, weight, executive standard and surface grade. Ordinary packaging, fine packaging and enhanced moisture-proof packaging are optional.
11. Delivery Instructions
- Delivery Condition: Standard annealed & temper-rolled soft state; semi-hard and full-hard states available on request.
- Tolerance: Compliant with GB/EU standard tolerances; precision tolerances available via special agreement.
- Trade Terms: FOB, CFR, CIF and other terms acceptable; delivery time negotiable based on specifications and order quantity.
12. Shipment Cycle
The shipment cycle takes effect after payment confirmation (excluding long-distance logistics transportation time), formulated according to stock availability, customized processing and logistics conditions:
1. Standard Stock Orders
General grades (DC01/SPCC/DC03/SPCD), mainstream thickness of 0.3–2.5 mm, standard FB matte/bright surface without special processing:1-3 working days for stock preparation, quality inspection and packaging shipment.
2. Custom Processing Orders
Orders requiring slitting, cut-to-length sizing, special tolerances, FC/FD high-end surface, ultra-deep drawing grades (DC05/DC06) and high-strength cold rolled steel: 3-7 working days for customized processing and shipment.
3. Bulk / Production Order
Large-batch orders, special materials, customized anti-rust treatment and export exclusive packaging requiring formal production scheduling: 7-15 working days, confirmed separately according to order quantity and process requirements.
