1.Overview
The instrument is an intelligent product based on vibration sensor technology for online vibration monitoring of traditional equipment. It adopts two-way synchronous detection mode to effectively monitor the operating conditions of the equipment, extracts the characteristic parameters of relevant data, displays the status data of the unit, and completes the unit. The status warning and alarm provide a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of the equipment. Widely used in various rotating mechanical equipment such as fans, water pumps, motors, compressors, coal mills, and gearboxes.

3.Function Description
3.1 Realize intelligent processing: alarm Ⅰ value and Ⅱ value can be set arbitrarily
3.2 The range value can be adjusted
3.3 It can return to the running state by itself without pressing the operation button for one minute
3.4 The alarm delay adjustment range is 1~60 seconds to prevent false alarms caused by on-site interference
3.5 It has the detection function of power-on and power-off, the detection function of sensor disconnection, and cuts off the output circuit of alarm and shutdown at the same time, which can effectively suppress the false alarm of the instrument
3.6 Vibration intensity (vibration intensity) and vibration amplitude (vibration displacement) can be switched freely
