Product Overview
98% Industrial Grade Sodium Gluconate, commonly known as sodium gluconate, organic sodium salt derived from glucose, is a widely universal retarding additive. 98% Industrial Grade Sodium Gluconate adsorbs on cement mineral surface to delay hydration reaction, extend setting time and reduce peak hydration heat so as to avoid thermal cracks of mass concrete. It also brings favorable dispersion and complexing effects to stabilize slurry system. Sodium gluconate can be used alone or compounded freely with naphthalene series, polycarboxylate and alcohol amine admixtures, covering construction chemicals, metal cleaning and industrial circulating water treatment industries.

Usage Method
Concrete admixture: Work as retarding component, preferred for high-temperature construction and mass concrete; adjust dosage according to temperature
Gypsum products: Delay setting time of gypsum, prolong operation time and prevent early cracking
Metal cleaning: Prepare cleaning agents to chelate calcium and magnesium ions and eliminate oxide scale
Circulating water treatment: Serve as water stabilizer to inhibit scale formation and protect pipelines and equipment
Compound production: Mix with different admixtures and carry out lab test to confirm optimal dosage
