SNF-A Product Description
Basic Information
XYDCHEM Naphthalene High Efficiency Superplasticizer SNF-A, also called Dry Powder SNF-A or Concrete Special SNF-A Water Reducer. This SNF-A is brown powder admixture produced by sulfonation, condensation and spray drying of industrial naphthalene. SNF-A has excellent dispersion and water reduction performance, compatible with all Portland cement, free of chloride ion to avoid steel corrosion. This SNF-A is packed in 25kg woven bags, sample and full container orders are supported, it is universal SNF-A superplasticizer raw material for construction, precast parts and dry mortar.
Product Overview
Naphthalene Superplasticizer SNF-A (SNF-A) is cost-effective anionic dispersing water reducer. Compared with polycarboxylate products, this Dry Powder SNF-A has lower cost and fits low-grade ordinary concrete. SNF-A breaks cement agglomerates via strong electrostatic dispersion, greatly cutting mixing water and improving concrete strength and fluidity. This SNF-A performs well under low temperature, widely used for cast-in-place concrete, cement precast blocks and gypsum mortar.

Application Methods
Commercial Concrete Mixing: Add 0.5%-1.2% SNF-A per ton cement together with aggregates to boost pouring fluidity.
Precast Cement Components: Mix 0.8%-1.5% Dry Powder SNF-A per ton raw material to cut water consumption and raise early compressive strength.
Dry Mortar Production: Blend SNF-A into mortar raw materials to improve workability and prevent dry, hard-to-spread slurry.
