MN Product Description
Basic Information
XYDCHEM Dispersing Agent MN, also named Textile Special MN Dispersant. This MN is brown powder produced by condensation of methyl naphthalene sulfonate sodium. This MN has excellent water solubility, high temperature and acid-alkali resistance, strong dispersion power with low free naphthalene impurities, widely used for dye processing, rubber filler and cement admixture. This MN is packed in 25kg woven bags, sample and full container orders are available, universal MN dispersant additive for textile chemical industry.
Product Overview
Dispersing Agent MN (MN) is anionic naphthalene dispersing additive. Compared with NNO, this MN performs better under high temperature dyeing. MN disperses dye particles by electrostatic repulsion to avoid agglomeration and uneven coloring. MN combines dispersion and penetration effects, suitable for high-temperature dyeing of cotton and chemical fiber, as well as inorganic filler dispersant, compatible with various additives, essential MN raw material for printing factories.

Application Methods
Chemical fiber high-temperature dyeing: Add 0.4%-1.2% MN in dye bath to boost dye solubility and prevent particle agglomeration.
Commercial dye production: Add MN during grinding to avoid dye caking and improve suspension stability.
Rubber & cement processing: Mix small amount of MN to disperse fillers and improve material fluidity.
