XYDCHEM Cement Grinding Aid DEIPA, also known as Liquid DEIPA or Cement Plant Special DEIPA Grinding Raw Material. This DEIPA is high-efficiency alcohol amine core raw material for cement grinding aid. DEIPA is light yellow transparent viscous liquid with high purity and stable chemical property, compatible with all kinds of cement grinding additives. This DEIPA can raise mill output and boost cement strength while cutting power consumption. Packed in 200kg iron drums, sample and full container orders are available, it is mainstream DEIPA raw material for building material grinding industry.

Cement Grinding Aid DEIPA (DEIPA) is alcohol amine functional grinding additive. Compared with traditional triethanolamine, this Liquid DEIPA delivers better output improvement and strength enhancement. DEIPA absorbs on cement particle surface to eliminate electrostatic agglomeration, optimize particle grading and reduce over-fine powder and mill coating. This DEIPA fits Portland cement, slag cement, composite cement and more, works stably whether used alone or mixed with polyols and salt additives, essential DEIPA raw material for modern cement factories.

Application Methods
Direct single addition: Spray DEIPA evenly into cement mill at dosage 0.01%-0.03% of clinker weight for continuous grinding and strength boosting.
Compound grinding aid preparation: Take DEIPA as main raw material mixed with polyols and acetate to make finished grinding aid for large cement plant production lines.
Slag & steel slag grinding: Add small amount of DEIPA during slag/steel slag grinding to improve powder fluidity and raise powder activity index.
