Basic Information
XYDCHEM Melamine High Efficiency Superplasticizer SMF, also named Dry Powder SMF or Fair-Faced Concrete Special SMF Water Reducer. This SMF is white dry powder admixture made by sulfonation and condensation of melamine formaldehyde. This SMF is chloride-free, low bleeding and high water reduction, fine powder without caking, neutral pH value compatible with all Portland cement, gypsum and decorative concrete products. This SMF is packed in 25kg laminated woven bags, sample orders and full container shipments are available, it is special SMF dispersant raw material for high-end precast building materials.
Product Overview
Melamine Superplasticizer SMF (SMF) is high-grade anionic water reducer. Different from naphthalene SNF, this Dry Powder SMF produces smooth and bright components with few pores, no pitting defects. SMF breaks cement agglomerates by strong electrostatic dispersion to greatly cut mixing water consumption. It is widely used in fair-faced concrete, decorative gypsum and artificial stone with strict appearance requirements. This SMF will not cause excessive retardation and has good compatibility with pigments and fillers, the preferred SMF superplasticizer for decorative construction projects.

Wide compatibility: SMF can be freely mixed with gypsum, cement, color powder and slag powder without antagonism, no negative impact on tinting.
Convenient storage & transport as powder: Powder SMF has no liquid leakage risk, lowers logistics cost and supports direct feeding for dry-mix production lines.
Application Methods
Fair-faced precast concrete: Add 0.6%-1.5% SMF per ton cement, slurry shows excellent fluidity for bright defect-free surface after demoulding.
Gypsum craft production: Mix 0.4%-1.0% Dry Powder SMF per ton gypsum raw material to reduce mixing water, shorten setting time and improve compactness of ornaments.
Artificial stone & decorative mortar: Blend SMF to lower water-cement ratio, enhance finished hardness and prevent efflorescence and cracking.
