PCE Product Description
Basic Information
XYDCHEM Powder Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE, also called Dry Powder Polycarboxylate Ether Superplasticizer, Self-leveling Mortar Special Powder PCE. This Powder PCE is solid high-efficiency polycarboxylate superplasticizer made by spray drying with advanced polymerization technology. The Powder PCE is fine white or slight yellowish powder, 98% passing 80 mesh, moisture ≤5%, chloride ion ≤0.05%, pH 6-8. This Powder PCE is anti-caking with stable dispersion performance. Dry Powder PCE can be directly mixed into dry mortar raw materials without water dilution, suitable for gypsum, self-leveling, tile adhesive and precast concrete. This Powder PCE is packed in 25kg laminated woven bags, small sample and full container orders are available, it is mainstream Powder PCE raw material for dry-mix construction industry.
Product Overview
Dry Powder Polycarboxylate Ether Superplasticizer Powder PCE (Powder PCE) is high-performance solid concrete admixture. Different from liquid PCE, this Self-leveling Mortar Special Powder PCE has no liquid carrier, mixes evenly with all dry materials without agglomeration. Low-air formula prevents hollowing and cracking of mortar. Powder PCE owns high water reduction rate, a small dosage can greatly cut mixing water and improve product strength. This Powder PCE contains no harmful salts and keeps stable during long storage. Dry Powder PCE is widely used in dry-mix mortar, gypsum materials, precast components and cement products, it is the preferred high-efficiency Powder PCE superplasticizer for dry-mix production lines.

Low chloride & low air content: This Dry Powder Polycarboxylate Ether Superplasticizer Powder PCE has ultra-low chloride ion, no steel corrosion risk. Concrete air content controlled at 1.5%-6%, avoid pores and cracking.
Convenient storage & transport: Powder PCE is dry solid powder, no liquid leakage risk, lower storage and shipping cost, perfectly match automatic dry mortar production lines without liquid storage tanks.
Wide material compatibility: Self-leveling Mortar Special Powder PCE works well with gypsum, tile adhesive, repair mortar, precast concrete and all cement-based products, one Powder PCE fits multiple production lines.
Long shelf life: Sealed Powder PCE keeps stable performance within 6 months, water reduction and slump retention will not decline. Dry Powder PCE will not delaminate or deteriorate compared with liquid polycarboxylate.
Application Methods
Dry-mix Mortar Production: Add Powder PCE at dosage 0.1%-0.4% of formula, mix with cement, sand and fillers together to make finished dry mortar.
Gypsum Product Mixing: Add 1.5-3kg Powder PCE per ton gypsum raw material, cut mixing water, shorten setting time and enhance gypsum board hardness.
Precast Concrete: Sprinkle Powder PCE directly during on-site mixing, dosage 0.2%-0.5%, improve concrete flowability and later compressive strength.
Self-leveling Mortar: Use Self-leveling special Powder PCE at 0.25%-0.35% dosage for higher flatness, no shrinkage and no sanding surface.
