Steel Pipe & Cast Steel Tube,GB/T13295、ISO2531、ASTM A426
1. Product Overview
Cast pipes are tubular castings produced by pouring molten metal through sand casting, continuous casting and centrifugal casting processes. Centrifugal cast pipes represent the mainstream product type. Under centrifugal force, molten metal uniformly adheres to the inner wall of the mould, delivering a compact metallurgical structure free of blowholes and shrinkage porosity. Featuring high strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, they are extensively applied in municipal water supply & drainage, gas transmission, petrochemical high-temperature furnaces, power boilers, metallurgical kilns and marine engineering.

| External Coating | Pure Zinc Layer + Asphalt Paint | ISO8179 | Buried pipelines in ordinary soil |
| External Coating | Polyurethane (PU) Coating | EN545 | Saline-alkali soil, highly corrosive soil, marine buried pipelines |
5. Core Product Advantages
High Strength & Toughness: Ductile cast pipes combine the corrosion resistance of cast iron and the toughness of steel. Resist fracture under ground settlement and heavy vehicle loads; centrifugal cast steel pipes feature denser structure without shrinkage cavities compared with ordinary sand castings
Outstanding Corrosion Resistance: Multi-layer anti-corrosion system delivers a service life of 50–100 years under normal working conditions, minimizing maintenance for buried installation
Earthquake-Resistant Flexible Structure: Flexible joints allow axial expansion, contraction and angular deflection, reaching seismic resistance grade 9 for seismic-prone areas
Efficient Fluid Transmission: Smooth inner coating reduces head loss and scale accumulation, lowering energy consumption for water delivery
Convenient Installation: Quick assembly via spigot & socket connections to shorten construction periods and cut labor costs; complete supporting fittings (elbows, tees, reducers, flanges) available in one-stop supply
Stable High-Temperature Performance (High-Temperature Cast Pipes): Resist creep, deformation and oxidation under high temperatures, free of cracks under alternating cold and hot cycles; replace imported furnace tubes to greatly reduce equipment costs
Eco-Friendly & Recyclable: All metallic materials can be remelted and recycled; lining coatings comply with drinking water sanitation standards, non-toxic and pollution-free
