Product Introduction
This 100 tpd rotary dryer for organic fertilizer coco peat drying is a professional medium-large capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for organic fertilizer raw material pretreatment scenarios. It adopts a low-temperature nutrient-retaining, anti-caking and high-efficiency dehydration structure adapted to the characteristics of high hygroscopicity, easy agglomeration and strict active organic matter retention requirements of coconut coir for organic fertilizer, with a daily processing capacity of 100 tons of wet raw coco peat. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 55%~70% to the stable 15%~20% required for subsequent organic fertilizer fermentation at one time, and the dried coco peat can be directly used as the main raw material for horticultural organic fertilizer, soil conditioner and bio-organic fertilizer. It is the core pre-drying equipment to ensure the high fermentation efficiency and stable nutrient content of coco peat-based organic fertilizer.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed reinforced multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a stable frequency-conversion transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The high-hygroscopicity wet coco peat raw materials are fed into the inner cylinder, and the materials are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-caking crushing lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the low-temperature clean hot air flow. The free moisture in the coco peat is evenly evaporated through the multi-stage constant temperature zones, and the dried coco peat raw materials that meet the organic fertilizer fermentation standards are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 100-ton daily continuous drying process.
Core Features
This 100 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for organic fertilizer coco peat drying. The low-temperature drying system effectively retains more than 92% of the active organic matter in the coco peat, avoiding the loss of nutrients caused by high-temperature damage. The anti-caking structure completely solves the problem of material agglomeration and uneven drying easily caused by high-hygroscopicity coco peat. The multi-cylinder insulation structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of organic fertilizer-grade coco peat by more than 29% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The 100-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of medium-sized coco peat organic fertilizer processing lines.
