Product Introduction
This 250 tpd rotary dryer for logging waste wood chips processing is a professional large-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for forestry logging waste resource utilization scenarios. It adopts a heavy-duty high-wear-resistance, high-throughput and strong-adaptability structure adapted to the characteristics of complex components, high impurity content and large fluctuation of moisture of logging waste wood chips, with a daily processing capacity of 250 tons of wet logging waste wood chips. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 50%~68% to the stable 12%~18% required for subsequent biomass fuel, fiberboard processing and other scenarios at one time, and the dried wood chips can be directly sent to the next-stage processing system. It is the core drying equipment to realize the large-scale harmless and resourceful utilization of forestry logging waste.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed ultra-heavy-duty multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-power high-torque transmission system to rotate at a stable low speed. The wet logging waste wood chips with complex components are fed into the inner cylinder, and the large-particle mixed materials are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in high-wear-resistance anti-blocking lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the wood chips is efficiently evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried wood chips that meet the subsequent processing standards are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 250-ton daily continuous drying process.

This 250 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for logging waste wood chips processing. The strong adaptability design can stably process mixed logging waste materials with large fluctuations in particle size and moisture, and the equipment operation stability is extremely high. The heavy-duty wear-resistant structure greatly extends the service life of the equipment, and the maintenance cycle is more than twice that of ordinary wood chip dryers. The multi-cylinder high-efficiency heat exchange structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of logging waste wood chips by more than 34% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The 250-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of large-scale forestry waste centralized treatment bases.
