Product Introduction
This 220 tpd rotary dryer for premium wood pellet sawdust drying is a professional large-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for high-grade premium wood pellet production lines. It adopts a high-precision constant-moisture-control, low-wear and non-pollution structure adapted to the characteristics of strict moisture requirements, no impurity pollution and high forming rate of raw sawdust for premium wood pellets, with a daily processing capacity of 220 tons of wet raw sawdust. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 48%~62% to the optimal 8%~12% required for premium pellet pressing at one time, and the dried sawdust can be directly and stably fed into the subsequent pellet mill system. It is the core pre-drying equipment to ensure the high density, low ash content and stable calorific value of export-grade premium wood pellets.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed heavy-duty multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque stable transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. The wet raw sawdust is fed into the inner cylinder, and the fine-grained materials are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in high-precision grading lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the clean hot air flow without impurity pollution. The moisture in the sawdust is precisely and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage independent constant temperature zones, and the dried sawdust that meets the premium pellet mill feeding standards is stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 220-ton daily continuous drying process.
Core Features
This 220 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for premium wood pellet sawdust drying. The high-precision constant-moisture-control system ensures that the moisture deviation of finished sawdust is ≤±0.8%, which greatly improves the pellet forming rate and the finished product density, making the product fully meet the quality standards of European and American premium biomass pellets. The fully enclosed non-pollution operation design avoids the mixing of external impurities, effectively controls the ash content of finished pellets at a low level. The multi-cylinder waste heat recovery system greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of sawdust by more than 32% compared with ordinary wood material dryers. The 220-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of large-scale premium wood pellet factories with an annual output of 80,000 tons.
