Product Introduction
This 110 tpd rotary dryer for furniture plant wood shavings drying is a professional medium-large capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for furniture factory leftover material resource utilization scenarios. It adopts a low-temperature non-damaging, anti-flying and high-efficiency dehydration structure adapted to the characteristics of light texture, easy flying and strict moisture control of leftover wood shavings from furniture production, with a daily processing capacity of 110 tons of wet raw furniture plant wood shavings. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 52%~65% to the stable 8%~13% required for subsequent particleboard, MDF and high-density biomass pellet production at one time, and the dried shavings can be directly sent to the next-stage deep processing system. It is the core drying equipment to realize the full recycling of furniture factory wood processing leftovers.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed reinforced multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a stable frequency-conversion transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet fluffy furniture plant wood shavings are fed into the inner cylinder, and the light materials are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-flying soft lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the low-temperature clean hot air flow. The free moisture in the shavings is evenly evaporated through the multi-stage constant temperature zones, and the dried wood shavings that meet the subsequent deep processing standards are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 110-ton daily continuous drying process.

This 110 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for furniture plant wood shavings drying. The low-temperature drying system effectively retains the complete fiber structure of the wood shavings, avoiding the reduction of product strength of subsequent artificial boards. The special anti-flying fully enclosed structure avoids the flying loss of fluffy shavings, and the material recovery rate is as high as 96%. The multi-cylinder waste heat recovery system can make full use of the waste heat from the furniture factory's own heat-conducting oil boiler, reducing the energy consumption per ton of wood shavings by more than 31% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The 110-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the leftover material output rhythm of medium and large-scale panel furniture manufacturing enterprises.
