Product Introduction
This energy saving ball mill for mining industry is a high-efficiency low-consumption grinding equipment tailored for various mining beneficiation scenarios. It adopts a new-generation energy-saving transmission and structural optimization design, covering full-series specifications from small test units to large industrial continuous grinding systems. It can be widely used in the grinding operations of various metal and non-metal ores such as copper, lead-zinc, iron, gold, etc., and the power consumption per ton of ore is reduced by more than 15% compared with traditional ordinary ball mills, which is the core energy-saving grinding equipment for mines to reduce production costs.
Working Principle
The optimized heavy-duty cylinder is driven by a high-efficiency low-consumption permanent magnet synchronous motor and a new-type energy-saving transmission system to rotate at the optimal speed. It drives the built-in graded high-chromium wear-resistant steel balls to rise to the set height along the new-type energy-saving liner and then fall in a parabolic trajectory. The ore is continuously fed into the cylinder, and is fully crushed and ground by the impact force of the steel balls and the continuous grinding effect between the media. The ground pulp that meets the beneficiation fineness requirements is stably discharged through the optimized low-resistance discharge port, completing the high-efficiency and low-energy-consumption grinding process.

The optimized liner and transmission structure greatly reduces the equipment failure rate, extending the service life of vulnerable parts by more than 30%. The heavy-duty structure supports 24-hour uninterrupted high-load operation, with strong adaptability to various ore properties. It can be seamlessly connected with various subsequent beneficiation processes, and the transformation and upgrading of old mines is also very convenient.
