1. Product Description
This professional gold ore ball mill equipped with hydrocyclone closed circuit system is specially designed for high-precision grinding and classification of gold ore processing plants, focusing on solving uneven grinding particle size, over-grinding phenomenon, low ore recovery rate and low production efficiency existing in traditional open-circuit ball milling systems. Ore grinding is the core key link in gold mineral processing; unreasonable particle size distribution and excessive fine powder caused by incomplete classification will directly lead to low gold monomer dissociation, unstable flotation and leaching efficiency, and serious waste of gold resources. This equipment takes closed-circuit cyclic grinding and precise particle size classification as the core advantage, specially used for continuous grinding and intelligent grading treatment of gold ore, quartz gold ore and other precious metal ores. It can be perfectly matched with conventional crushing, flotation, leaching and mineral separation systems, supporting adjustable grinding fineness and standardized circulating processing according to different gold ore properties and beneficiation process standards. With industrial-grade heavy-duty configuration and high-precision classification system, it effectively eliminates unqualified coarse particles, reduces over-grinding loss, stabilizes finished ore particle size, and provides reliable equipment guarantee for high-efficiency, high-recovery and standardized gold ore beneficiation production.
2. Working Principle
The gold ore ball mill with hydrocyclone closed circuit adopts cyclic impact grinding and centrifugal precise classification principle, realizing one-step closed-circuit grinding and automatic particle size screening for gold ore materials. The pre-crushed qualified gold ore is stably and quantitatively sent into the ball mill cylinder through a feeding system. With the rotation of the cylinder, steel balls and ore materials generate continuous impact, grinding and friction shear force to dissociate gold monomers and refine ore particles. The preliminarily ground ore slurry is discharged from the ball mill and stably delivered to the hydrocyclone unit. Relying on centrifugal force and gravity classification, the hydrocyclone quickly separates fine qualified ore slurry and coarse unqualified particles. The qualified fine-grain ore slurry is discharged for subsequent beneficiation processes, while the coarse granular materials are returned to the ball mill for secondary circulating grinding. Through accurate linkage adjustment of ball mill rotating speed, feeding volume and hydrocyclone pressure parameters, the equipment realizes continuous cyclic grinding and fixed fineness classification. Finally, uniform particle size and fully dissociated gold ore materials are stably output, achieving one-stop precise grinding and high-efficiency classification for gold ore beneficiation projects.

It effectively solves the problems of uneven particle size and serious over-grinding of traditional open-circuit grinding, ensuring stable and qualified grinding fineness for gold ore processing.
Improve Gold Dissociation & Mineral Recovery Rate: The cyclic grinding mode thoroughly dissociates gold monomers from gangue minerals, avoids insufficient grinding and incomplete gold separation. It significantly improves the utilization rate of gold ore resources, increases final gold recovery rate, and greatly enhances the economic benefits of beneficiation plants.
Stable Particle Size & Optimize Subsequent Processing Effect: Accurate closed-circuit classification eliminates particle size fluctuation of finished ore. Uniform grinding fineness provides stable feeding conditions for flotation, cyanide leaching and other subsequent processes, effectively improving the stability and efficiency of the whole gold beneficiation production line.
